Just squeaking this one in before I turn into a pumpkin. Planes, trains, and automobiles. Red tape BS. Construction. FAFSA. That’s enough out of me. It’s time to turn that frown upside down because guess what?!?!
WILL’S IN TOWN!!!!
I have six beautiful nieces and I love pink. (My friends are rolling their eyes now.) And once again, I don’t always know what I need, so I also have boys. Two sons and one nephew and out of my pink girl territory. Not anymore. I grew up with a sister. and our family was loaded with women. First I was blessed with an amazing boy who was 7 when we met who let me into his life as his dad and I started our life together. And two years later, when “it’s a boy!” were the doctor’s joyous words…I was so thrilled and in love and a little our of my comfort zone. Ten years later came Will.
And tonight he courageously flew for the first time alone. To visit ME. And let’s be honest, I could use a little company. And a little fun. He is a fellow pastry enthusiast with an accompanying sweet soul. So I’m off to get my rest for the adventures ahead.
