This exercise is a learning process and I have yet to learn the lesson to do this tapping earlier. Duly noted and I will keep that in mind tomorrow.
Back home and back to routine. A wise person in my life reminds me regularly that for every action there is an equal and opposite reaction. Hence, re-entry. From one something to another. I want to explore and connect and play. And then there is life. Gorgeous routine responsibility business of life rhythms.
As I left the dog park this morning thinking about the day ahead (Mocha was only thinking about the basket of treats at Whole Foods) I spotted this. I love signs. License plates too. I took this one and ran. First pause, then run. Yes, SIMPLE was exactly what my brain needed to shift to. I am continually aware of these postcard and billboard moments in my daily life. I am also a frequent list maker. I can have a few going simultaneously at one time. Which can be somewhat helpful but also slightly disastrous. Even with good intentions I need to make the lists more simple. Or just empty the dishwasher. Or as we hear elsewhere, do the next right thing.
Which right now is to say good night.
